Captain Revere was the leader of the human colony on Frontios, and the father of Plantagenet.
Biography[[edit] | [edit source]]
Revere prohibited his fellow colonists from digging into the planet. The only time he gave a reason as to this was when Norna, a child at the time, asked him why and he told her, "The earth was hungry."
Despite this rule, Revere himself decided to dig into the planet. While working, he was injured by a rock fall. Unable to defend himself, he was dragged through the earth by the Tractators through use of their gravitational powers.
They attached him to their excavation machine as it required a mind to operate it. Revere was attached to the machine until he was unable to work it any longer. He died shortly after being removed from it. (TV: Frontios)
Behind the scenes[[edit] | [edit source]]
- Captain Revere was played by John Beardmore, who remained uncredited both on-screen and in Radio Times for parts one, three and four.
