| Mr. '''Danes''' was [[Joshua Naismith]]'s butler. His jobs included opening doors for both Naismith, and his [[Abigail Naismith|daughter]]. Before the Master had been brought into the pain room, he gave the Naismith's staff a short lecture, telling them that if the Master was to make the slightest move, he be shot dead on sight. Later, Mr. Danes was told to feed [[the Master (Harold Saxon)|the Master]]. The Master finished fixing the [[Immortality Gate]], but he modified it to transform the Human race into copies of the Master. Mr. Danes was one of the victims.
