Belima Febron was a middle-aged Velurian scientist who went into partnership with Lozla Nataniel Henk to exploit the Krillitane's abilities for financial gain.
Febron first encountered Toch'Lu's brood when they arrived on her homeworld after one of their young fell ill. The Krillitanes assumed Velurian form and Febron was able to help save the young, however, when she learned about the Krillitane's biology she entered into a partnership with Henk to imprison them and harness their abilities. The pair traveled to Worcester, Earth in 1140.
She was later killed by the Krillitane Broken Wing as revenge for being imprisoned and tested upon. (PROSE: The Krillitane Storm)
