Lockdown Conversations: 3 was a 2003 short story written by Paul Cornell and released in the Bernice Summerfield anthology Life During Wartime.
Summary
Peter is taken from the Gemayals' quarters in a crate. The hands that take him out of the crate are his mother's, and they are finally reunited.
