Synopsis
The Daleks invade 1930s New York in their most devious plan yet.
Plot
The Cult of Skaro is in New York, in the Empire State building. They're using 'pig slaves' to capture people who fall into one of two levels; Higher and Lower. Lowers become Pig slaves that assist the Cult of Skaro. The higher Intellectual people (including Martha) are to be used in The Final Experiment.
Dalek Sec proceeds with The Final Experiment on a man who is absorbed by the Dalek mutant within Dalek Sec's casing. Later when Sec's casing opens up once more revealing a Human Dalek.
