Calamity James is the titular main protagonist of The Beano comic strip Calamity James.
Calamity James was among the Beano characters who made a cameo appearance in the Bananaman strip published in The Beano #3869, which had various characters be arrested by Dalek-like post boxes. Although his capture was not seen, his presence in the prison heavily suggested that he was captured by them.
