Andrew Ireland directed and produced the 2019 re-creation of Mission to the Unknown created by the University of Central Lancashire of which Ireland was the Students & Teaching Pro-Vice Chancellor.
Prior to becoming the S&TPVC at UCLan, he studied Media Production at Bournemouth University, and then initially joined the university as dean of the school of journalism and communication.[1]
In 2020, he also wrote and directed the Doctor Who: Lockdown! webcast Sven and the Scarf.
