Restac was a Silurian, who worked in the Silurian military. Her twin sister Alaya kidnapped people from earth's surface and locked them up. This was after the Silurians in the underground city drilled down into their city. Restac was adamint on provocking a war, so that she could reclaim the earth from the Human Race. She was angry when Malokeh told her to put her gun down and went under peace negosaions with the humans. Restac then went on to threaten the humans and even killed the Silurian scientist Eldane. She was angered to find Ambrose, a human had killed Alaya, she then went on to drive the humans out, but the Doctor released a deadly gas, killing Restec, before Restac died she killed Rory Williams a companion of the Doctor's (DW: Cold Blood)
