Dav Joiks was a member of Earth's Anti-Terror Elite. A 32 year old white male who was the highest ranking hero of the Dawn Bridge simulation with fifteen merits. It was rumoured that there was no ship in the sky he cant fix or fly. Following his brief stretcher-bearing with Volunteers out in the Commonwealth Belt he then joined the anti terror elite.
