We see what appears to be a regeneration, but it is unclear. We see rose become what appears to be a "non-binary metacrisis" avatar then both Donna and Rose hold hands and give up their power. We see what appears to be a regeneration, but it is unclear. We see rose become what appears to be a "non-binary metacrisis" avatar then both Donna and Rose hold hands and give up their power.
