Army green was a dark shade of green which was used by military forces, similar to olive.

The War Doctor wore wore army green leather gaiters with some buttons missing right up to his death after the Fall of Gallifrey. (TV: The Day of the Doctor)

Clara Oswald wore an army green parka during her first adventure with the Eleventh Doctor, (TV: The Bells of Saint John) and when she and the Twelfth Doctor dealt with dream crabs. (TV: Last Christmas)
