Giant

Giants were massive humanoids. They played a great part in Earth's folklore.

History

As fictional beings, giants really existed in the Land of Fiction. During the Cyberman invasion of the Land, giants were converted into Cybermen, and were used to attack Camelot. (AUDIO: Legend of the Cybermen)

Lucy Wilson once had a vivid dream about the Giant King, Peardrop, who was as tall as a skyscraper and had a tangled mess of rocks, twigs and leaves for hair. In Lucy's dream, Peardrop claimed that all giants hated the colour pink, and he planned to destroy Earth and humanity as punishment for mortals being "disrespectful". (PROSE: Peardrop)

A giant named Mad Old Jackson was one of the living fixed points in Time and heroes who, nearing death, took up residence at the Boneyard at the very end of the universe. (PROSE: Past, Present & Yet To Come)
