:There's nothing to suggest it isn't, but at the same time, there's nothing to suggest it ''is''. Yes, it's in the shape of a Police Box, but the problem with that is the TARDIS didn't get stuck in that form until the First Doctor's time, and the Fugitive Doctor is from before the First Doctor. - There's nothing to suggest it isn't, but at the same time, there's nothing to suggest it is. Yes, it's in the shape of a Police Box, but the problem with that is the TARDIS didn't get stuck in that form until the First Doctor's time, and the Fugitive Doctor is from before the First Doctor.
