Toyah Willcox is a British singer and actress who has made several appearances in documentaries about Doctor Who. Her first was in the extended 30th anniversary documentary More than 30 Years in the TARDIS, and in 2012 she appeared in both The Women of Doctor Who, and Doctor Who: Best of Specials.

She also contributed to the charity reference book Behind the Sofa: Celebrity Memories of Doctor Who.

In 2023, she provided the voice of The Band of Infinite Harmony in Children of the Circus, a musical audio play released to celebrate the 35th anniversary of The Greatest Show in the Galaxy.
