I'm going to need some evidence that this is a licensed upload. I'm struggling to find any information about Antartica TV but one of the things I did find was a mention at Wikipedia:List of fictional television stations#Antarctica which calls it a "spoof channel". This claim is unsourced, though. Bongo50 ☎ 18:43, 15 August 2023 (UTC)
