Fireman Pugh was a human member of the Trumpton Fire Brigade, along with his twin, also called Pugh.
Biography
Outside the Trumpton Fire Station, after Flack blew his whistle to start a roll call, a young boy walked through, performing the roll call himself, with Pugh saluting as his name was called. (TV: Future Generations [+]Loading...["Future Generations (TV story)"])
