Constable Zreeg was a Wrarth Warrior of the Star Council police force sent with Sergeant Zogroth in pursuit of Beep the Meep.
According to one account, they both arrived on Earth circa the 1980s and, with the Fourth Doctor's help, took Beep into custody. (COMIC: Doctor Who and the Star Beast)
