In November 2019, when discussing the origins of Box as technology of the Gods of Gendar, Maxie Masters told P.R.O.B.E. director Giles about Epsilon. Maxie explained that, on Gendar, a planet whose inhabitants worshipped the Sun Builders as gods, Epsilon was considered one of the more important deities, alongside Urizen the Architect, Vala the Herborist, and a Trickster God of many names.
