Victor Camford was the prison governor in charge of Stangmoor Prison during the testing of the Keller Machine.

Biography

Victor Camford (PROSE: The Mind of Evil, Who Killed Kennedy) was acquainted with "Professor Emil Keller" from his machine, which had recently been used at his prison. He initially believed that he could call Harry Mailer's bluff when the inmate staged a riot, but this soon proved not to be the case.

Camford attempted to sound the alarm when "Professor Keller" and Mailer used gas bombs to attack the guards outside the cell in which Mailer was being held. While Mailer shot and killed him, he did just manage to sound the alarm. (TV: The Mind of Evil)

Appearance

Camford was a massive, heavy-featured man with dark hair and bushy eyebrows. (PROSE: The Mind of Evil)
