Billy the Fish is a comic strip published in Viz which was created by Chris Donald and was first published in 1983.

The series stars the titular Billy the Fish, a half-fish half-human member of the football team Fulchester United.

Billy the Fish was among the strips to be featured in the mass-crossover comic The Totally Stonking, Surprisingly Educational And Utterly Mindboggling Comic Relief Comic [+]Loading...["The Totally Stonking, Surprisingly Educational And Utterly Mindboggling Comic Relief Comic (comic story)"], published on 16 February 1991 for Comic Relief.

A two-panel spread partway through the comic featured Billy the Fish among various characters from Viz comic strips, while an earlier part of the comic featured several incarnations of the Doctor, their companions, etc.
