Phillip Chambers was one of the fictional characters created by Jason after he was made Master of the Land of Fiction.

When the Force landed in Arandale, it possessed the unborn Chambers and shaped his mind over the following years. He killed various people in the town and drained them of blood to make him a suitable host for the Force. After achieving that goal with the murder of Father Kenneth Sheridan, it freed itself from beneath Arandale Keep and fully inhabited Chamber's body. However, when he tried to kill the Seventh Doctor and his friends with a huge burst of McAllerson's Radiation, he unknowingly disrupted the control systems of the Land of Fiction, resulting in his own non-existence.
