Sonny was a Weevil given as an infant to the childless Glynn and Diane Lewis by the Committee.
The pair raised Sonny until he killed Diane, after which Glynn moved him into the basement, continuing to love him as his son. Glynn kidnapped a number of women for Sonny to impregnate in order to expand the family through grandchildren. Jan successfully conceived and delivered a baby with help from Owen Harper.
