Doris Squire was the wife of the farmer Squire, and lived with her husband near Wenley Moor.
When her husband discovered a Silurian hiding in his barn, he told her to call the police. When the Silurian attacked him, she saw it and had a nervous breakdown. She was taken to the local Wenley Hospital, where the Third Doctor questioned her and learned what had happened.
