A costume shop was in operation on Festive Road. A shopkeeper worked inside.
History
While walking down Festive Road, a young boy encountered Mr Benn, who greeted him and invited him in. Inside, a shopkeeper told him "you know where the changing room is, young sir!", and the boy walked over to the changing room door. Opening it, he caught a glimpse of a Dalek, before properly opening the door and exiting out of the Doctor's TARDIS. (TV: Future Generations [+]Loading...["Future Generations (TV story)"])
