Heuvos rancheros

Heuvos rancheros was a Mexican dish.

The Tenth Doctor ordered it in "The Castillo Mexicano". (COMIC: Revolutions of Terror [+]Loading...["Revolutions of Terror (comic story)"])

Either the Doctor's Spanish was not correct or the comic book writer made a mistake. The Mexican dish in the real universe is called huevos rancheros, which literally means "rancher's eggs".
