Series 4 of Torchwood is a 10-part serialized season of Torchwood scheduled for broadcast in late 2010-early 2011. It is being written by Russell T Davies and produced by BBC Wales and Starz Entertainment. It will star John Barrowman as Jack Harkness and Eve Myles as Gwen Cooper as well as two new characters. It will be set partially in Wales and the United States of America. [1]
