The Twelfth Doctor claimed that when the Doctor escaped Gallifrey, he stole the moon and the President's daughter. However, a more common version of this story, put out by the Shobogans, was that the Doctor had in fact stolen the President's wife. (TV: Hell Bent)
According to the work of one Gallifreyan author, the First Doctor took Gallifrey's moon with him when he escaped Gallifrey, along with the President's daughter, the Hand of Omega, the validium, and the faulty Type 40 TT capsule which he used to make his escape. (PROSE: A Brief History of Time Lords)
Notes
- Alongside A Brief History of Time Lords's recounting of the Doctor's escape from Gallifrey is an illustration with all of the other things mentioned to be stolen, and in the place of the President's daughter is an image of Susan. However, the book stops short of explicitly identifying them as one and the same.
