Malfi Pryn was a human civilian among those who accepted the Hope Foundation's offer to leave the Earth in 200101 following the Dalek attack. Exploited by the rich elite, his blue eyes were taken and given to the Duchess of Poons. He survived the fall of Trear Station, and Jack Harkness planned to provide him with implants to replace his eyes. (AUDIO: The Year After I Died)
