The Zona Oscura Festival was a festival in the bleak world of mud called the Zona Oscura. Theo Possible and his friend Kelsey arrived there to perform. There were an assortment of tents there, such as Madame Moiré's Burlesque Escapade, a food tent, and a VIP tent. Due to the nature of the Zona Oscura, many of the festival's visitors were born from the bio-mass mud, who ceased to exist when nobody was thinking about them.
The "Katy Manning" Iris and Panda were lured there by one such idea that had lodged itself in Iris' subconscious, and upon their arrival, the idea became Jimmy the Mandrill, a ravenous beast who devoured the varied visitors of the festival to become more real.
