---No, it was too poorly built. It would have to be an amateur who built it. Well, a group of amateurs. The autopilot, I think, suggests organisation-type thinking. Question is, how did they know to make it? They must have gotten Timelord tech somehow. I would say either the cracks allowed whomever built it to obtain this info, or they are somehow involved in causing the cracks.
