Satan & Satan Ltd. was part of MIAOW disguised as a publishing company.
Five years after Tom left Iris Wildthyme in the late 1990s, Tom began writing novels about Iris, and Mida Slike, sensing an opportunity, sets up Satan & Satan Ltd., and gets Tom to sign a contract to write nine books about Iris as part of a scheme to get Tom to reveal Iris' secrets.
