Jumanji

A DVD of Jumanji was on sale at a video store in Cardiff. (TV: Random Shoes)

In 2009, Clyde Langer tried saying "Jumanji" to get the Verron puzzle box open. (TV: The Temptation of Sarah Jane Smith)

Behind the scenes

The phrase originates from the 1981 children's book and 1995 feature film adaptation of the same name. The phrase needed to be said in order to complete the titular board game in the story.

Karen Gillan starred in the film's 2017 and 2019 sequels.
