Notes[[edit] | [edit source]]
- During his interview with Benjamin Cook Clive Swift questioned Cook's journalism credentials, dismissed questions, made dismissive remarks about Doctor Who, and commented on not being paid to participate in the interview before abruptly terminating it. Russell T Davies and Julie Gardner had to okay the piece before it could be published; Cook suspects they did so because Swift had been "a sod" on set.[1]
