Private Eye once printed a picture of Ken Livingstone with the words "Oh my god - They've killed Kenny!". (PROSE: The Tomorrow Windows [+]Loading...["The Tomorrow Windows (novel)"])
Behind the scenes
The phrase "Oh my god - They've killed Kenny!" in The Tomorrow Windows [+]Loading...["The Tomorrow Windows (novel)"] is evidently in reference to the recurring line "Oh my god, they killed Kenny!" in South Park, itself a reference to the recurring gag of character Kenny McCormick's various deaths; another character from the series, Eric Cartman, was referenced earlier in the novel.
