An innkeeper ran the Stone Quarter Inn.
On 4 April 1898, he served Jack Harkness at the bar. He assumed Jack was from "the Colonies" and asked what brought him to Cardiff. When Jack told him that he was waiting for someone, the innkeeper incorrectly inferred that he was waiting for "a young lady".
When Jack talked of looking for answers, the innkeeper advised him to turn to the Bible as it had all the answers he needed. He poured Jack a final drink for his way before he left. (PROSE: Captain Jack Transcripts [+]Loading...["Captain Jack Transcripts (short story)"])
