Kimberly Todd was a Delta Grade technician for TransAllied, Inc. She shared her concerns about the company with the Sixth Doctor and Willis. She witnessed Arnold and Lorraine Baynes bring along a sleeping Davros.
When Davros held her hostage, Kimberly chose to inject his poison into herself to prevent him from using her to blackmail the Doctor. She reminded Davros a lot of Shan. (AUDIO: Davros)

Kimberly Todd was a virtuous woman with such compassion and morality, choosing to help the Sixth Doctor and Willis to reveal Arnold Baynes's crimes. Even though Davros had wronged so many such as being responsible for the origin of the Daleks, she was hospitable to him and believed it wrong for anyone to buy him whens he thought him dead.
