He could just be talking about "Do everything I tell you, and don't ask stupid questions.", from about 5mins 40seconds into The Eleventh Hour. But, more importantly, when she asks what he told her, he says "No, that's not important.". Suggesting that he's more concerned with her remembering him, and possibly how long she's known him, rather than the specifics of what he said. The Howling → Big empty house?
There be spoilers about un-released stories here.
Run back to the forums if you're scared.

The Doctor mentioned that Amy was living in a big empty house. Could her family have been erased by the cracks? Amy mentioned that she "never had a mom or dad, only an aunt". We have never seen her aunt. Can her aunt be some alien pretending to be her aunt? I always thought there was something weird about that big house and just Amy and her aunt (that we've never seen) living there. And that shadow running the the window when Amelia is outside waiting for the TARDIS to return could be someone else other than the Doctor or Prisoner Zero as most people have thought so far. It could even be her aunt... So what does everyone else think? V00D00M0NKY 05:36, June 20, 2010 (UTC)

Aren't her aunt and mum scheduled to be in The Big Bang anyway? With little Amy? I have a feeling, as Amy has just died, that she'll be in some kind of coma thing, similar to Silence in the Library and Forest of the Dead. Instead of returning straight to the action, we see a kind of dream sequence from Amy's perspective, at home in her big empty house, with her Mum/Auntie, at the start of the next episode. Just an idea, knowing my luck, it's completely wrong but hey-ho...does the big empty house have anything to do with "remember what I told you when you when you were 7", which for the life of me, I still haven't figured out...87.112.243.115 08:38, June 20, 2010 (UTC)
