Heroin, sometimes referred to as smack, (PROSE: Slow Decay [+]Loading...["Slow Decay (novel)"]) was an addictive psychoactive drug from Earth. It was synthesised from opium, and taken via hypodermic injection.
As part of her Adjudicator training, Roz Forrester experienced the effects of heroin through electroencephalic stimulation.
