Trivia
- On the lead-up to the release of Victory of the Doctor, Johnson noted that one of the designs almost used for the cover was a New Paradigm-style Special Weapons Dalek.[14][additional sources needed]
- Johnson noted on social media what he perceives as a strong similarity between CGI artwork he has done of a Dalek assembly line and imagery that was seen in the comic story Liberation of the Daleks, as part of a fictional depiction of the Vulcan Incident within the Dalek theme-park. Johnson noted his surprise at what he believed to be an apparent tracing of his artwork for the comic.[15] This perceived similarity has not been officially commented on.
