Jamie H. Cowan, also known as JDPManjoume, Jamie H. C., or Jamie Hartley,[1] is a contributor to both fictional and non-fictional Doctor Who universe media.
He wrote the novella {{esquivalience}} [+]Loading...["Esquivalience (novel)","'\"`UNIQ--nowiki-00000004-QINU`\"'"] which heavily expanded the concept of the Unravel, which had only been featured in minor ways in earlier works.
The Unravel was previously mentioned in The Book of the Snowstorm [+]Loading...["The Book of the Snowstorm (anthology)"], A World of Pure Unimagination [+]Loading...["A World of Pure Unimagination (short story)"], and The Noodle Incident [+]Loading...["The Noodle Incident (anthology)"] for which Cowan was given credit.[2][3][4]
Previously, Cowan wrote Time After Time for The Fan Gallery on the Doctor Who: Lockdown! website,[source needed] and contributed to Time Scope, an unofficial charity anthology raising funds for disability equality charity Scope.[5] To raise funds for the NHS, Cowan wrote Time and Doctors: A Story for the NHS, which featured many Doctor Who actors reprising their roles. It was described as "a short unofficial 'storybook' audiostory".[6]
Cowan was a Patreon supporter of Terry Nation Army; he was thanked, under the name of "Jamie Cowan", throughout series two and three, and in episode one, two and four of series three, was also given an additional thanks under the name "Jamie H. Cowan". He was also thanked as "-Jamie-@AMadmanNotABox" on the Dalek 63•88 website's page about series nine and ten,[7] the subject of episodes one, two and four.
