Given their appearance in Coda - The Final Act [+]Loading...["Coda - The Final Act (audio story)"] and how the name is pronounced there, I think "Codicil" should be spelled "Codacil". Council of the Last > Coda (the last part of a piece of music, etc.) Council > Codacil.
