Notes

  1. 1.0 1.1 On 10 December 2020, This Week in Star Wars![2] established Lewis MacLeod's date of birth as 20 December 1970; however, he corrected this over Twitter to 4 July. At any rate, he did not correct them on the year.[3] An entirely different erroneous date, 6 December 1970, is given on the British Comedy Guide, which correctly notes that he was born in Glasglow, Scotland.[1]
