Robert Glenister (born 11 March 1960[1]) played Salateen in The Caves of Androzani, Thomas Edison in Nikola Tesla's Night of Terror and Aboresh in the Big Finish audio story Absolution. He is one of a handful of actors to appear in both the classic and modern versions of Doctor Who, as well as a Big Finish story.

Career[[edit] | [edit source]]

His appearance in Androzani was only his second TV appearance, following one on the sitcom Sink or Swim, which co-starred Peter Davison. He went on to appear in shows such as Only Fools and Horses, A Touch of Frost and Law & Order: UK, the last starring Freema Agyeman.

Personal life[[edit] | [edit source]]

Robert is the brother of Philip Glenister and brother-in-law of fellow Big Finish actor Beth Goddard.
