The Dalek Wars was short piece of text in the CD booklet of Invasion of the Daleks in Dalek Empire I.

Summary

Our Galaxy: Defining Eras by E. P. Natalior describes the events the Dalek Empire took before their invasion, specifically those involving Kar-Charrat and the Apocalypse Element. Although the Daleks were stopped in both instances by the Doctor, data gained from these events gave them a great advantage when they decided to attack humanity.
