Commander Hal Bishop was in charge of SILOET during the late 21st century.
He was Colonel LeBlanc's second-in-command for eighteen months before taking over. Whilst returning Grant Matthews to the Myloki, he thought he saw his dead wife in the transition area to their dimension. He followed her, never to be seen again. (PROSE: The Indestructible Man)
