Big Shot was a bounty hunter in 8162. He was a human cyborg. He was hired to kill Death's Head and Spratt by Undertaker. (COMIC: PlagueDog! [+]Loading...["PlagueDog! (comic story)"]) He made several attempts to kill them, all of which were inadvertently foiled by another bounty hunter who had been hired by Undertaker's rival Dead Cert. This culminated with him being seriously injured by an explosion during a physical altercation with Death's Head, after which he vowed that now his conflict with the freelance peacekeeping agent was personal. When Death's Head went missing, Big Shot spent days shadowing Spratt as a means of finding the mechanoid. One night he followed him to a rendezvous Spratt had made with Pyra, who was looking for Death's Head for reasons of her own. When it looked as though she was going to kill him, Big Shot fired at her and ranted about his drive for revenge, only stopping when Pyra pointed out that Spratt was using the opportunity to escape in a spacecraft. (COMIC: The Body in Question [+]Loading...["The Body in Question (comic story)"]) He stayed with the ship as it jumped through time, either inside the ship (COMIC: The Cast Iron Contract [+]Loading...["The Cast Iron Contract (comic story)"]) or by clinging to the outside, and arrived with Spratt and the vulture in 2020 New York City, when and where Death's Head was.

He promptly attacked Death's Head, screaming about how he was attacking as revenge for their previous encounter. He took a moment to destroy some police fliers that had converged on the scene of the conflict, giving the mechanoid the opportunity to get the upper hand. As Death's Head was beating him, Big Shot told him that despite acting superior and like his primary motivation was profit, the mechanoid was no better than anyone else in the business, and killed because he enjoyed it. Death's Head startled at this enough for Big Shot to seriously damage him, and almost kill him by crushing his brain through his eye sockets. Before he could finish, however, Pyra blasted him off of a supine Death's Head and into a wall. He angrily asked her why, to which Pyra replied that she wanted to do it herself. She then left Big Shot unresponsive in the street. (COMIC: The Body in Question [+]Loading...["The Body in Question (comic story)"])
