Zanthus Pia was the head of the Galactic Peace Commission. He was murdered by Ahab and 4 Jixen. The murder was seen by K-9, who tried to stop them. Before he could do so, K-9 and the Jixen were brought to 2050 by Professor Gryffen's Space-Time Manipulator. Ahab then travelled to the year 2050 to find K-9. Due to his damaged memory, Ahab was able to frame K-9 for the murder, convincing him to surrender himself. However, when the lasso Ahab used on K-9 to capture him caused some of his memory of Zanthus to be restored, he found out the truth and managed to defeat Ahab. (K9TV: The Bounty Hunter)
