Captain Ketly encountered the Doctor and Martha Jones whilst the TARDIS was broken down aboard his boat.
History
When The TARDIS was ready to leave, his ship was transported to an alien world, along with Captain Ketly and his crew. When the Doctor managed to return the ship to Earth, Captin Ketly sailed off, biding goodbye to the Doctor and Martha.
