*However, he is still part of Doctor Who and deserves a page all the same. I have never in the time I have been here, seen a page be delete because the information on it is only a few sentences. We are an encyclopaedia and we have enough knowledge to note his part in the episode, his appearance, an image of him, the actor who portrayed him etc. It is not about simply the quantity on a single page. It is about the quality of it, and the quality of the wiki as a whole. If we remove certain character simply because information on them is scarce, then we are not running the wiki correctly. - However, he is still part of Doctor Who and deserves a page all the same. I have never in the time I have been here, seen a page be delete because the information on it is only a few sentences.
