Hilthe was an elderly woman who was prime member of the council of Geath, and was close friends to Rory Williams. She had doubts about the Eleventh Doctor when he spoke about the plan to get rid of the Enamour, but nevertheless, she was willing to participate in the plan (NSA: The King's Dragon)
